My Own Beef Sausage maker πŸ˜€

I am always looking for Beef Sausages and there are none here , very few Butchers make them now. So i bought myself a sausage machine months back but waiting to send online for the skins at last i sent for them last week. They came yesterday. I bought lovely minced Beef and away i was making them. They are expensive now to make and i can see why now. 500g of minced Beef no fat and it made 9 fat sausages i nay have got about 14 but the machine went too quick, well its my first time so next time i will be ready. They taste so good no preservatives no fat or fillings to make more of them. Like eating steak in a skin. Next i will experiment with other spices and pork. #myrendangisntcrispy#Beef#Sausage

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the Beef with the cracked Peppercorns until all mixed in.

* Step 2

Add the meat to the sausage maker Skin around the nozzle, and press go and there the mix goes into the skin.

* Step 3

When they are done and twisted to tie them together cut them seperate and add with oil to cook just colour both sides then add a lid for 15 minutes.

The sausage pan will be full of water from the meat so drain off and leave uncovered to brown them. All around until you see they are coloured.

When they were steamed with the lid on they will have cooked inside.

I decided to have Black pudding, egg and Tomatoes with these lovely sausage.
