Haggis comes in a boil in the bag so easy just 45 minutes. It's made up from Ox bung, Lambs heart, liver,Lungs. 500g Beef, oatmeal, and seasoned with Cayenne pepper and a range of other spices. When you read that what it's made from it could put people off. But when you taste it it's really lovely.I'm having it for New year as you know what the Scots are like for New year they really know how to celebrate.#onerecipeonetree#mainmeal#lunch.

* Step 1

Take out the outer bag and leave it brightly packed in the inner cook in the bag.

You can have this with any veg really or even in a pie crust but it would have to be more moist in a pie.

When its cooked you can have it with mashed potato and veg. Or jacket potato with the haggis on top. Mixed in with mashed potato as Haggis mash with a fried egg on top. Or with potatoes fries there is a lot more to do with Haggis.
