My Grilled Citrus Tuna Steaks with Avocado & Spinach 😘

I saw this or similar in a magazine a while ago and when I bought the tuna steaks I remembered anyway it's gorgeous #onerecipeonetree#mainmeal#lunch#fish#workingfromhome

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

8 minutes

Soy sauce

2 Cloves

Garlic minced

1 tsp

Sugar

4 Cups

Spinach

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Season both sides of the tuna steaks.in a bowl whisk together the oil, soy sauce,Ginger, Garlic,Coriander,lime juice and zest and sugar.

Add the fish cover and marinate for 2 or more hours.

In a large skillet using the rest of the oil add the spinach and wilt slightly add a small amount of salt and pepper, remove from heat and set aside.

Remove the fish from the marinade. Grill or sear for 2 minutes each side, keep it rare in the middle.

* Step 6

Pour the remaining marinade in a saucepan heat up and reduce until it becomes thick 2 minutes.

Top the wilted spinach with the grilled fish followed by the sliced avocado slices and reduced sauce pour on top.

Serve while hot.
