My Roast mint & Corriander Lamb
Love lamb anyway it's cooked but roasting is best.my Christmas eve treat.#onerecipeonetree#Lamb
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rub the leg with olive oil all over. Then add the mint sauce all over the top then sprinkle the Corriander all over a little Salt and pepper.leave to marinate for 6 hours.
* Step 2
Add to the preheated oven 160°C for 1 + 1/2 Hour
