My Wholegrain fried Rice with Garlic, Ginger and Sultanas
This i created because i had rice left over and i must say yummy! It worked! #SummerChallenge2 #Sidedish #lunch.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add sesame oil to the frying then onion and rice in the hot pan. Next add the salt+pepper.
* Step 2
Add the pea pods (These are garden peas) also the Garlic and Ginger mix in with the rice turn the heat up and fry on high for 3 minutes stirring often.
* Step 3
Serve hot as a side dish to a mainmeal. Or for Lunch.
