Love this you can cook it inCoke, Dr pepper, Pepsi try them all for different flavours.#Mainmeal#lunch#pork

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the shoulder of pork once skin and fat removed, in the Slow Cooker.

Add the Garlic and Dr pepper

Next add the whiskey.then turn on to low overnight 8 hours. Then take the lid off and carry on on high for 1 hour.

When it's all cooked using 2 forks pull apart to shred the pork. Drain off excess juice then add the BBQ sauce and mix.

Also you can add to a brioche bun toasted on the inside (It holds better. Add some onion on top. Lovely.
