My Brioche Hot Dog

I love these now and again but I don't like the soggy hot dogs I would rather have sausages. #Lunch#Supper

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
2 tbls

Diced onion

1/2 pint

boiling water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dice the onion and add to a saucepan with a little salt in the water. And boil for 3 minutes

Cook and cut down the middle of the cooked Sausage have the bun ready.

* Step 3

Add the two halves of sausage to the bun then with a draining spoon strange the onions and add on top of the sausage add the sauce and serve hot with the sauces you like. I had chilli tomato and French mustard.
