Good healthy Breakfast, toasted wholemeal Seeded Bread. Lovely start to the day.

* Step 1

Cut the Abocado right through the stone wrap the other half and put away in the fridge.

Add the cottage cheese to a bowl then add the Avocado and mix in. Add salt +pepper(optional) Butter the toast.

* Step 3

Then add the mix on the toast. Its really lovely.
