My little Apple & Honey Crumble. 😁

Just thought i would try a little extra in the Apple Crumble. Runny Honey , Demerera sugar. The apples had not been eaten and instead of throwing them away i will make a desert with them.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

30-45 minutes
3 tbls

Runny Honey

1 cup

Flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Next add the flour to the bowl and butter and mix in with your fingers until it becomes all lumpy and breadcrumly. Hold a handful and see if it sticks in one lump but crumbles as soon as you open your hand means its ready.mix in the caster sugar and cinnamon.

* Step 2

Peel and Slice the Apples. Lay them on the parchment paper in the dish. Next add the demerera suger sprinkled on top covering the apples. Then pour the runny honey all over the Apples.

* Step 3

Add to a preheated oven 170C for 45 minutes. Check after 30 minutes. Middle shelf of the oven. When its ready leave to cool down then serve it with Icecream or a little Custard.

Cooked and serve Hot or Cold. With Custard or Ice Cream.
