Buttered Mushrooms in a little white wine and Balsamic Vinegar
These are so nice cooked like this all in one pan. #sidedish#mushrooms

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt the Butter in a pan then add the mushrooms and fry turning them for 3 minutes
* Step 2
Now add the wine and balsamic vinegar let bubble fast for 1 minute then add the balsamic vinegar
* Step 3
Then the sugar and stir around add salt and black pepper.add to a bowl of spinach and add chopped spring onion on top.
