Garlic Avocado,sweet pepper, &Tomato Lunch with Eggs
This was lovely for my lunch today. You could have the eggs soft or hard mine was medium. The egg and sweet pepper together tastes so good.#lunch# Eggs
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the garlic in the oil and heat up
* Step 2
Add avocado and sweet bell pepper
* Step 3
After frying for one minute Then them over and fry the other side for Another minute
* Step 4
Add the sliced tomatoes to the frying pan fry one side then the other
* Step 5
Turn them all over and the tomatoes after 2 minutes
* Step 6
Plate it up and add the deshelled eggs in the hole in the Avocado.
* Step 7
Then add a little garlic mayonaise
