My Small Onion Bhaji

Lovely with a minty yogurt dip.#Appetisers

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry the onions until they are opaque in colour then add all the spices mix in well

Fry until mixed

Preheat the oven 190C

* Step 4

You need a tray (like what you would cook fairy cakes in or yorkshire puddings) with seperate compartments.

* Step 5

In a large bowl whisk the egg then add the onion mix in and stir to make sure its all mixed.

* Step 6

Lightly spray your tray with a little oil and spoon in equal amounts of the mixture into the compatments

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes (check it now and then) and stack up on a plate.
