Late Breakfast Early Lunch, Poached Cod & poached EggπŸ˜€

I wanted fish but it was early so i thought ok Cod poached & Eggs too . It was so tasty.#Breakfast. #universitymeals.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

10 minutes
Handful

Spinach

1/2 cup

Water

1 Pinch

Salt

1/4 Tsp

Black Pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the fish to a frying pan with a lid add salt to the water and add the fish bring to boil and lower it to low let it cook in water for 8 - 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Now that the fish is cooked add an egg to a pan of water enough to cover the eggs.

* Step 3

When the water boils add the egg carefully not to break.

* Step 4

Add the Spinach to your serving dish add the fish then the eggs and add the beetroot and spring onion to garnish.

* Step 5

Add salt and pepper over it and serve.
