Spice Pancakes

Made these for breakfast. Used sarah's fruit dip as topping. Theu were fantastic!

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

30 mins
1 1/4 cup

water

1/4 cup

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

mix ingredients together until just blended. mixture will be slightly lumpy.

* Step 2

pour batter on hot griddle.

* Step 3

cook until bubbles form on top of pancakes

* Step 4

when most bubble have popped, flip pancakes over and cook for 1 minute more

* Step 5

serve hot with butter, syrup or topping
