Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the spinach, cut salmon into small chunk, season it then set aside, Cook rice or shushi rice as usual then fluffed it and let it cool
* Step 2

Springkle seaweed and dried 7 spice, drizzle with spicy and wasabi mayonnaise mixture and enjoy

Today I remake again with only salmon and Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing, Wasabi and Heinze chili sauce
