Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pat dry salmon then season it, beat the eggs then quick dip and then fully coat it with breadcrumbs, Dip 2 Nd time into the beaten eggs then fully coat it with a firmer press
* Step 2
Drop into hot oil and deep fry for 15 second then flip over for another 15 seconds, once it’s lightly brown, drain excess oil with pappertwel, Slice it up and enjoy
* Step 3
Enjoy As It Is Or Drizzle with spicy Mayonnaise
