Cherry Clafoutis Cake

A SIMPLE EASY BAKING FOR BEGINNERS

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk egg with sugar and rum or sherry then add in flour with dash of salt and mix well

Add in the milk and mix well then pour into a baking dish and drain the syrup and add in the pitted cherries

* Step 3

Bake it at 170 C for 30 to 40 minutes then let it cool and seive top with icing sugar and serve
