Cooking instructions
* Step 1
On a non stick pan 1tbsp of butter til it melted then add 1/4 sweet paprika pepper and mix well then off heat
* Step 2
Bring a pan of water to a boil then off heat and add some vineger then seive the egg then put the egg into the pan over with lid for 1 minute till egg white are set but egg yolk are runny
* Step 3
Toast bread with butter and layer thinly sliced tomato and season with salt
