Cooking instructions
* Step 1
With oil pan fried potato till lightly brown and crispy then set aside
* Step 2
With oil pan fried chicken and shallot till lightly brown and cook about 7 minutes or longer depending on the size of the wings
* Step 3
Heat up pan on high then Add pan fried chicken and potato with black pepper mixture then stir fry vigorously to coat well and off heat, add spring onion and serve
