Cooking instructions

* Step 1

in pan brown bones then deglaze with wine

* Step 2

add add vegetable and water

* Step 3

put all ingredient into preasure cooker on high for 45 minute then add salt and simmer for another 2 minute

RESERVE AS STOCK SEIVE ALL STOCK LET IT COOL AND KEEP IN FRIDGE
