Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend half of a pineapple with 100g sugar melon and chop half. Stir fry till dry

* Step 2

Off heat n Mix 50g oil. Stir fry in low heat. Add half box of 250g maltose (off heat) and a pinch of salt. Bring to boil

* Step 3

Off heat. Sift in 60g corn flour n 50g 澄麵. Mix well and stir fry till form a dough. Chill

* Step 4

Beat 80g butter until pale yellow. Add 38g Sugar in batches, 33g egg. Fold in 160g flour n form a dough. Chill

* Step 5

Weight 25g dough n 25g filling each. Roll n assemble

* Step 6

180C 15-20min
