One Banana Muffins

For those times you have one overripe banana that you don't want to eat.

Ingredient

sugar

1/2 cup

flour

1/4 tsp

baking soda

1/8 tsp

salt

1/8 tsp

cinnamon

1 pinch

nutmeg

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F and set up a muffin pan with 4 muffin cup liners.

* Step 2

Mash banana in medium bowl, then add all ingredients and mix well until combined.

* Step 3

Evenly divide batter into 4 muffin cups, then bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
