Peanut Butter Cookies
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cream together butter and sugars in a mixer, then beat in eggs one at a time.
* Step 2
Add peanut butter and vanilla, beat on low speed. Combine dry ingredients, then add slowly to mixture.
* Step 3
Roll dough into 1 inch balls, then press into dough with a fork. Bake 10 minutes. Makes 3.5 dozen.
