Mickey cup cake

Ingredient

2 cups

cake flour

1/2 tsp

salt

1/2 cup

butter

1/2 cup

white sugar

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Beat butter and sugar until creamy, add egg, vanilla

* Step 2

Add sifted flour in a portion with milk (3 portions of flour/2 portions of milk). Mix the flour gently just to combine

* Step 3

Prepare brownie center by mixing brownie crump with melt chocolate, leave the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hour

* Step 4

Make brownie ball (1 inch diameter) and make brownie ring (roll into 4 inch long/half inch diameter log shape and make the ring shape)

* Step 5

Assemble the cup cake by adding vanilla batter at the bottom of paper cup then place the brownie ball in the center, follow by brownie ring on the top, finally fill the cup with vanilla batter (around 3/4 of the cup)

* Step 6

Bake at 170C for 20 min
