Pineapple Cake
#Global Apron is the second submission of the week, and my chosen ingredient is clearly pineapple. I love a good, sweet, and juicy pineapple, but when the season is not favorable, a can will do.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 175C. Grease baking dish and set aside
* Step 2
Thoroughly mix dry ingredients in a large bowl and make a well in the center
* Step 3
Add the eggs,vanilla, and pineapple with juice. Whisk until well-combined bit do not overmix
* Step 4
Bake for 35 minutes or until browned and a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean
* Step 5
Let cake cool in the pan to avoid breaking as the fruit will make it heavy and fragile
