Prawn head and noodle soup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
MAKE BROTH: Over medium heat, gently fry onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant and tender
* Step 2
Add the prawn heads and shells, stir-fry for 3 minutes to flavor the oil
* Step 3
Add the water, bouillon cube, chili powder and tomato paste. Stir to mix
* Step 4
Bring broth to a boil, add a few sprigs of thyme, then turn the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes
* Step 5
Pour the broth through a fine sieve, press well using the back of a spoon to get as much broth out as possible
* Step 6
Let the soup cool down, and serve warm or proceed to next step
* Step 7
MAKE PRAWN AND NOODLE SOUP: Place the broth back into a saucepan over medium heat. Check for seasoning and adjust as needed. Once the broth starts to boil, add the noodles and cook them for 5-8 minutes or until preffered doneness
