Glazed chicken wings

My very first attempt at these and I might just say ‘naiiiiiiiled it’. I’ll look at KFC different 😂 no cap

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Thoroughly clean chicken wings, separately the drum and flap, and discarding the winglets for later use (i.e., in making chicken stock)

* Step 2

Paper towel dry the wings and transfer into a bowl. Add all marinating ingredients, massaging them into the chicken. Let marinate for 15 - 30 minutes

* Step 3

Meanwhile preheat oven or airfryer at 180C

* Step 4

Bake chicken for 25minutes or until golden and crispy

* Step 5

TO MAKE THE GLAZE: On low heat, heat the butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add the rest of the glaze ingredients and cook down for a few minutes. Stir continuously to ensure that butter doesn’t separate the barbecue sauce

* Step 6

Take wings out of the oven straight into a bowl with a lid. Pour glaze over the wings, cover the bowl and shake to evenly coat

* Step 7

Serve with a side and Enjoy! 😉
