Chocolate Banana Muffins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 175C and prepare a muffin pan by lining with cupcake liners or greasing with butter/oil

* Step 2

Mash bananas and set aside

* Step 3

Whisk together all dry ingredients in a large bowl

* Step 4

In another bowl whisk until incorporated all wet ingredients (except bananas) to a smooth consistency. To this add the flour mixture and mix just until moistened (you should still be able to see some dry bits). Lastly fold in the mashed bananas

* Step 5

Divide batter into 12 muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through
