Chicken stir-fry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine corn starch and water until completely dissolved. Add remaining sauce ingredients and whisk. Set aside.
* Step 2
To prepare the chicken, heat oil in saucepan over medium heat. Cook chicken in the oil until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper
* Step 3
Add green onions and cook stirring until fragrant and withered. Add a little more oil (1 to 2 teaspoons) to crisp up the chicken. Add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute
* Step 4
Pour stir fry sauce over chicken and combine. Let boil for 1 minute to cook the cornflour
* Step 5
Serve and enjoy with buns or rice.
