Banana Muffins

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C. Line with paper liners, muffin/cupcake pan
* Step 2
Mash bananas with the back of a fork or whatever you have on hand. Whisk into the bananas your eggs, mayonnaise, milk, vanilla, and sugar
* Step 3
Whisk together the flour, soda, salt, and baking powder. Fold dry mixture into wet mixture
* Step 4
Fill cupcake liners a third full and bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick test comes out clean
* Step 5
Enjoy with hot tea or coffee
