Teriyaki Chicken Fillet

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 190 degrees
* Step 2
Pat dry chicken fillets and lay in a baking pan. Set aside
* Step 3
Whisk to combine teriyaki sauce ingredients except sesame seeds. Bring to a boil
* Step 4
As the sauce gets to a boil, separately whisk corn starch and soy sauce (slurry ingredients). Once fully dissolved, add the slurry to the boiling sauce and stir continuously until in starts to thicken
* Step 5
Get your sauce off the heat and stir in the reserved sesame seeds (1 tablespoon). Pour half of the sauce over the chicken fillets in the baking dish. Toss accordingly to ensure complete coating
* Step 6
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through
* Step 7
Take out of the oven and immediately drain excess liquid
* Step 8
Cut chicken into slices, serve and pour reserved sauce over the chicken slices. Add a final sprinkling of sesame seeds over the chicken. Garnish with thyme or as desired and Enjoy!
