Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the flour with yeast,salt,sugar,olive oil and warm water.
* Step 2
Knead your dough,cover it and put in warm place until it doubles in size.
* Step 3
To prepare the meat saute the onion and the green bell pepper 🫑 in warm oil then add the minced meat.
* Step 4
Stir well until it changes colour.. add salt,black pepper, paprika,spices and water.
* Step 5
Leave it on medium heat until fully cooked ،then Leave it to cool.
* Step 6
Mix mozzarella with olive oil,paprika,black Pepper,salt and thyme.
* Step 7
To make your sauce add salt,black Pepper, olive oil and spices to tomato sauce.
* Step 8
Dust work surface with flour.. devide the dough into 6 equal parts.
* Step 9
Roll out the dough till about 2 mm thick
* Step 10
On one half spread the sauce then put the minced meat, mozzarella and some parsley.
* Step 11
Stir an egg with water then brush the edge of your dough.
* Step 12
Bring the two sides of the dough together and press with a fork.
* Step 13
Make holes on top with the fork.
