Shehards Pie

Approximately 400 calories, 13g carbs, 25g protein.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add oil to skillet over medium high heat till hot. Add onion and cook till clear.

* Step 2

Preheat oven to 400 and start boiling peeled potatoes in separate pan. Boil 10-15 minutes till soft to mash. While boiling proceed meat mixture.

* Step 3

Add ground beef, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt pepper and cook till browned.

* Step 4

Add Worcester and garlic cook to mix

* Step 5

Add flour, paste and blend

* Step 6

Add beef broth, frozen veggies and boil. Then simmer for 5 minutes

* Step 7

Drain boiled potatoes and let rest 1 minutes, in mixing bowl add butter, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt pepper and mash till creamy

* Step 8

Add parmesean to potatoes and mix well

* Step 9

Pour meat mixture in 9x9 pan. Pread evenly to bottom.

* Step 10

Spoon the potatoes on top of meat evenly.

* Step 11

Baked uncovered for 25 minutes

* Step 12

Let cool 15-20 minutes. (If you don't it will be runny)

* Step 13

Should serve in blocks and is even better reheated.

* Step 14
