AMIEs CHICKEN CURRY

Everyone loved the mixture of flavours...a JOY to taste!!! ~(o.o)~

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Saute garlic and onion in cooking oil. Drop in chicken pieces, cook covered for 5 minutes.

Add the curry and chili powder and mix until equally distributed to the chicken. Pour in coconut milk and water. Let it boil for 10 minutes, stirring ocassionally.

Add vegetables, calamansi or lemon juice and sugar. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

* Step 4

Simmer gently, stirring frequently until chicken and vegetables is tender.

Serve with hot steamed rice. Share and enjoy!
