Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain but do not overdrain. Pour the pasta into a heated serving bowl. Add about 4-5 tbsp of the cheese and mix well.
* Step 2
Cut the butter into small pieces. Add half to the bowl. Toss thoroughly. Add the remaining cheese and butter and toss until all the cheese and butter has melted.
* Step 3
Serve at once and top with more grated cheese.
* Step 4
note: we can also use tagliatelle as a substitute for pappardelle!
