white sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Beat egg whites stiff. Add sugar and lemon juice gradually, beating until well blended. Continue beating until creamy and until frosting stand in stiff glossy peaks. Pour on cake. Put the cake back in the oven at 140°C for 15 minutes or until frosting becomes firm.

Decorate the cake. I decorated mine with sugar flowers.
