AMIEs ESCABECHE

a simple fish dish... but the taste will not be as simple as it seems... because this recipe has the good flavors in it.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Fry both sides of fish until a bit crispy. Set aside.

* Step 2

Heat a clean pan. Pour in the vinegar and let it boil.

* Step 3

Add garlic, ginger and sugar. Cook and boil for a minute.

* Step 4

Put in the onion and bell pepper. Cook until the vegetsbles becomes tender.

* Step 5

Sprinkle the salt and stir. Put in the fried fish. Cook for 5 minutes.

* Step 6

Transfer to a serving plate. Serves 4.
