Cooking instructions

Peel the orange, apple, cucumber and pears and slice each. Put radicchio and rocket in a medium bowl. Add all the fruits and cherry tomatoes.
* Step 2
Whisk the oil, vinegar and sugar. Season with salt and pepper... and toss to coat.
