Rice Chex cereal
1 c.
Cashew caramel sauce
1/2 c.
Coconut sugar
2 tsp.
Ground cinnamon
Pinch
salt
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pour rice cereal into a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine coconut sugar, cinnamon and sea salt; set aside.
* Step 2
Add the caramel sauce to a sauce pan over low heat. Mix until smooth and pourable. Pour over cereal until well coated.
* Step 3
Once coated, pour into a ziplock and add sugar/cinnamon mixture. Shake until coated. Lay out on parchment paper to cool.
