Chocolate sorbet

Ingredient

2 cups

water

3/4 cup

sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons

instant espresso powder

1 teaspoon

vanilla

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk the 1st 3 ingredients over medium-high heat in a heavy saucepan until the sugar dissolved and mixture comes to a boil. Stir in the espresso powder and vanilla. Chill for several hours.

* Step 2

Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and process accordingly.
