maple syrup

chopped scallions

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk eggs, salt, and broth.

* Step 2

Strain the mixture.

* Step 3

Cover and microwave 5-7 minutes at 50% power until just set.

* Step 4

Drizzle soy sauce and maple syrup on top. Garnish with scallions.
