Mango Salsa

This is a blend of 2 different recipes that I found on the internet. It goes well with chicken breast or thighs in a chipotle pepper or other spicy marinade. We use leftovers the next day with Cajun spiced tilapia.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

* Step 2

Cover and let sit for 30 to 60 minutes before serving.
