Kunafa with cream cheese filling 😋
This is an Arabic dessert made with thin strings of dough pastry filled with cheese filling #GA4 #week17 clue #cheese
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First prepare the filling. Take milk in a pan with cream,sugar,
* Step 2
Rose essence and cornflour. Mix well now bring on heat.keep stirring the mixture till it combines and form smooth paste.bring off heat and let it cool a bit and add in mozzarella and paneer,mix well.
* Step 3
Now take kunafa mix with colour and(3 to 4 tbsn) butter till all strings of kunafa are coated with butter and colour.now brush butter on the baking tin put kunafa (leave some for top)covering all the over the tin and press it down use a spoon or cup.
* Step 4
Now put our cream cheese filling and lastly some kunafa with some butter pieces over it and bake 180° for 20 mins.
* Step 5
Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup boil water with sugar,lime juice and rose essence
* Step 6
Boil till you get 1 string consistency. When kunafa is baked well and form slightly golden brown crust,just remove & flip on the serve plate and pour sugar syrup all over.decorate with pistachios.
* Step 7
Serve warm and enjoy😋 this cheesy and delicious dessert.
