Gyro Burger
After unsuccessgully searching for a gyro burger everywhere, I decided to make my own version. Growing up in NYC, I fell in love with gyros years ago.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Lightly oil a preheated grill/griddle over medium heat.
* Step 2
Combine the ground beef & lamb, the onion & garlic powder, and breadcrumbs.
* Step 3
Add the oregano, pepper, cumin, sage, and allspice.
* Step 4
Using your hands, knead the mixture together, until well blended.
* Step 5
Divide and shape the mixture into 8 patties.
* Step 6
Cook the patties for 6-10 minutes, depending on the wellness that you like.
