Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl pour gram flour,salt,oil,onion and coriander leaves add some water to knead this flour to make dough.now make roll from this dough, boil it for 15 minutes on high flame
* Step 2
When ghatte boiled then remove them from water,let them cool then cut into small pieces and deep fry them
* Step 3
Meanwhile grind coriander leaves,ginger,green chilli and garlic in a food processor.take pressure cooker heat up oil add this coriander paste to it,cook it.for 2 minutes on high flame add chopped tomatoes and all dry speics (turmeric powder,dhaniya powder and salt) to it.Simmer for 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Now add fried ghatte in this gravy roast for 5 minutes then add 2 cups of water cook till 1 whistle
* Step 5
Ghatte ki sabzi ready to serve.
