Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take a bowl pour sorghum flour in it add salt to it and knead it with water.make the dough soft.
* Step 2
Heat tawa and just sprinkle drop of oil make dough on Palm and flattened it.then shift to hot tawa and press it to make little bigger.roast from both side properly on high flame
* Step 3
When sorghum bhakri roast complete then remove from tava and add jaggery and Desi ghee to it.
* Step 5
Sorghum churma is ready to serve. serve hot with dry fruit.
