Fried gurda
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the gurda in vinegar water, marinate with ginger garlic paste, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, roasted cumin, roasted coriander (take cumin and coriander saute on a non-stick pan for a while and roughly crush with hands), vinegar marinate for about 2 hours.
* Step 2
Take a pan add 1/4 cup of oil let the oil be hot add the marinated gurda and cook till it's dried and the gurda is almost cooked. Now add salt and green chillies. Saute well If needed then only add water.(I did not add water at all) garnish with coriander and serve.👍
