Ingredient

1 litre

milk

1 tsp

vinegar

2 cup

sugar

2 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the milk..add vinegar..after adding the vinegar you will see the water is separating from the milk..now take a cotton cloth and drain the whole thing in cotton cloth..add little cold water to it..and keep heavy object on it to remove the excess water..now take out frm the cloth..and knead it..

Take water and sugar..heat it on high flame..till the bubbles rise..

* Step 3

Make balls frm cheena and add to the sufar water close the lid and cook it on high flame..the balls vl rise into big shape..

Remove it in bowl and let it be cold..garnish with saffron..it's ready to serve..👍
