Chicken chilli cheese bread
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the chicken in ginger garlic paste and salt...shred the chicken, take a bowl add mozarella shreded cheese add red chilli flakes,oregano,salt and black pepper powder mix well..add shreded chicken to it and keep it aside
* Step 2
Now take a pan add some butter add fresh chopped garlic and fresh chopped coriander leaves..saute for a while and remove in a plate keep it aside
* Step 3
Then,cut the edges of the bread..cut into halves and apply little butter on one side of the bread..and toast it in a pan till it changes it's colour..
* Step 4
Once all the breads are done..apply the butter garlic mixture,than the chicken mixture to it..
* Step 5
Take a pan add very little butter add all this ready breads to the pan..close the lid and wait till the cheese melts..it's ready...serve hot with ketchup and some butter garlic sauce..😋
