Masala pav served with besan chutney

Potato stuffed mini buns..lovin it

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For masala bun...take a pan add oil, add mustard seeds,jeera,chopped curry leaves,green chillies saute well..now add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder saute..add boiled potatoes to it than add salt and coriander leaves..mix well..off the gas and add lemon juice and give it a good mix

* Step 2

Besan chutney- take a bowl add besan and curd add little water and make a paste..add salt,turmeric powder and green chillies to the paste..mix well..

* Step 3

Take a pan add little oil, jeera, fresh chopped garlic and curry leaves saute well..now add besan paste to it..and keep stirring continuously..

* Step 4

Add little water to the paste and cook till 10 to 15 mins..keep stirring..it should not be too thick..lastly add chopped coriander leaves and keep aside..

* Step 5

Now take buns cut into halves,than add potato mixture and cut into small tiny pieces..

Take a serving plate, keep mini buns into it and in between keep a bowl of chutney and enjoy..
